"Music For Sleeping" is one of my side projects first released in 2001, written in West Wales and Bristol between 1998-2001. Much of his ambient soundscape work was used for various art and short film / animation projects including Ana Kronschnabl's "Distance / Time" and "A Walk in the Woods" with photographer Liz Milner.

Sleep - A natural periodic state of rest for the mind and body, in which the eyes usually close and consciousness is compleatly or partially lost, so that there is a decrease in body movement and responsiveness to external stimuli. During sleep the brain in human beings and other mammals undergoes a characteristic cycle of brain-wave activity that includes intervals of dreaming.
